It appeared in the 1992 Queensland state election, but achieved only 1.4 percent of the statewide vote and was unable to win any seats. It also contested the 1993 Australian federal election in a number of states, but collapsed later in the year, amid allegations of vote rigging and electoral fraud. ==Policy== The Confederate Action Party was often accused of extremism and racism. It advocated the return of the death penalty, denial of all applications for political asylum, and the reintroduction of the use of convict labour.
